CONTROLLER1Ø4

CONTROLLER1Ø4 is a browser-based DJ performance surface designed for real mixing, not just playback. Built into the ONEZERØFOUR site, it combines dual decks, transport and cue workflows, pitch and sync control, loops and beatjump, deck FX/EQ, and a state-driven DJ Brain for assisted or full automix operation.

It is designed to be immediate for casual users and deep enough for technical sessions, with fast queue/library workflow, central mixer control, and diagnostics/recovery tooling to keep mixes stable and transparent.

CONTROLLER1Ø4 is intentionally focused on master output workflow in the browser, prioritizing timing reliability and clear operator feedback as automation features scale.

Background

ONEZERØFOUR

ONEZERØFOUR is an electronic artist project focused on rhythm-led storytelling.

The catalog blends house, progressive textures, downtempo passages; and Trip-Hop atmospheres into release formats that move between dance floor energy and reflective listening.

ONEZERØFOUR is a Manchester-based collector and explorer of house, disco and progressive electronic music. With over 35 years spent digging crates, collecting records; and tracking the pulse of underground dance culture, he brings a deep musical memory to everything he creates.

A long-time DJ and explorer of sound, he now merges classic influences with AI-assisted composition, generative tools and modern production techniques - shaping new ideas from decades of listening. His work blends analogue warmth with digital invention — a conversation between past and possible futures.

For ONEZERØFOUR, the journey is simple:

collect curate experiment evolve

Still driven by the same curiosity that pulled him to the dancefloor in the first place.
